Who is eligible to join Club Chumash and is there a fee?
--Joining Club Chumash is free to anyone 18 years of age or older. A valid photo I.D. is required for new Club Chumash memberships.
Do I get discounts with my Club Chumash Card?
--Yes, you receive an automatic 5% discount if you show your Club Chumash Card at any of our outlets including restaurants, gift shop and spa. Additional discounts are available for Gold, Platinum and Black Club cardholders.
Does my Club Chumash Card expire?
--Preferred Club Chumash Cards expire after 13 months of non-usage. Gold, Platinum and Black memberships are re-evaluated annually in November.
How can I become a Gold , Platinum or Black cardholder?
--Gold, Platinum and Black Club Chumash membership is earned through Tier Points.
20,000 Tier Points = Gold
50,000 Tier Points = Platinum
150,000 Tier Points = Black
Tiered Points are accrued and re-set to zero at the beginning of each qualifying cycle. The qualifying cycle occurs annually beginning November 1. Tier level benefits are valid from November 1 - October 31.
What should I do if I lose my Club Chumash card?
--If you are a Preferred Club member, stop by Club Chumash, the Hotel or any Blackjack table and request a replacement card. Gold, Platinum or Black Club members should visit the Host Office for replacement cards.
Can I have more than one account?
--No. Only one account is permitted per guest.
Points and Comp Dollars Why do I need a PIN number?
--Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) enables you to access Free Play, convert points to Free Play and check the balances associated with your Club Chumash Card. It is very important to keep your PIN number private so that no one else can download your Free Play. You may change your PIN number at any time by visiting the Club Chumash desk and showing proper identification.
How do I earn Reward Points?
--Reward Points are earned by playing slots and bingo with your Club Chumash Card.
$10 of Slot Machine coin-in = 1 Point
$20 of Video Poker coin-in = 1 Point
$10 Bingo Buy-in = 1 Point (excluding floor sales)
How can I use my Reward Points?
--Reward Points can be converted to Free Play. Your points can also be redeemed for cash back at the Club Chumash desk. 200 Points = $1 Cash Back.
How are Comp Dollars earned in Table Games?
--Comp Dollars are determined by the average bet per hand and time played at the table (excluding Poker).
If I cash out my points will I lose my Comp Dollars?
--Points and Comp Dollars are awarded separately, so cashing out one will not affect the other.
How can I use my Comp Dollars?
--Comp Dollars can be redeemed at Chumash Cafe, Creekside Buffet, The Willows, The Spa, Haku Gift Shop and for Hotel rooms. Comp Dollars may not be redeemed for cash.

What is Free Play and how do I earn it?
--Free Play* is a promotion that gives you credits to play on select slot machines. To qualify for Free Play, use your Club Chumash Card when playing Slots or Table Games. Free Play credits are determined by a six-month average of your carded slot play. You may download your Free Play by entering in your PIN.
*Free Play credits are non-refundable, non-cashable and non-transferable.
How do I earn entries for car drawings and other promotions?
--Earn entries by playing with your Club Chumash Card at slot machines and Table Games. Your entries are automatically calculated and awarded to you electronically (excluding Bingo and Poker).
How do the drawings work?
--Winners are automatically and randomly selected at designated drawing times. The drawing and name of the winner is announced throughout the casino floor. Winners have a set amount of time to claim the prize.
Do I have to be present to win during car drawings or other promotions?
--Yes, you must be present on the designated day and time to be eligible to win.
When do my entries expire for the car drawings?
--Entries expire following the last cash giveaways on the designated drawing date. However, you automatically begin earning entries for the next drawing when you start playing with your Club Chumash Card again. 10 Points = 1 Entry
How many times am I eligible to win drawings?
--There is no limit to how many drawings you can win. So, it pays to stay and play with your Club Chumash Card.
